We offer for all sets & for an order of 3 or more furniture items. What are my shipping costs? For furniture purchases within the 48 United States our prices include shipping for all sets and any purchase of 3 or more furniture items. If you order a single furniture item such as a single loveseat we must add 20% to cover our higher shipping costs. Our delivery is fast and safe as we use Bekins for all of our Rosewood deliveries. When you place your order delivery will normally be made within 3 weeks and carried into your home. For around $80 more you can have a completed in home set-up with unpacking and cardboard removal!
What happens if our item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question. You will need to document the damages with the shipper still at your home.
Do I need to pay in full before the item is ready for shipping? For any orders that are not in stock (waiting on container) we only charge a deposit of 50% to reserve the item until it comes in. If the item/s are in stock we will charge in full and ship within 10 to 20 days depending on whether or not upholstery work is needed.
Can I finance my furniture order? Yes, you can finance your purchase. We offer interest free financing through American General Financing Corp.. We also offer a layaway plan. We accept all credit cards, checks, and Paypal.
Most furniture stores today do not carry solid hardwood furniture. They have furniture that has a real wood laminate exterior over pressed wood or soft pine and then advertise the furniture as real wood. Our Rosewood factories are known in China as being the best and they take pride in having and keeping their stellar reputation.
We also specialize in custom designing your own furniture design in solid Rosewood. To start a special order draw a rough sketch with dimensions for us and e-mail or fax it to us. We will get a quote from our factory and fax it back to you. Here are some samples of some of the custom work our factories have done.
Our Rosewood factories in Hong Kong and Guong Dong, China use the highest quality Rosewood lumber that is only found in Burma and Thailand. All lumber used is 100% kiln dried before manufacturing eliminating worry of cracking.
