What are my shipping costs? For furniture purchases within the 48 United States our prices include shipping for all sets and any purchase of 2 or more items. If you order a single furniture item such as a single loveseat we must add 20% to cover our higher shipping costs. Our delivery is fast and safe as we use Bekins for all of our Rosewood deliveries. What happens if our item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question. You will need to document the damages with the shipper still at your home.

Do I need to pay in full before the item is ready for shipping? For any orders that are not in stock (waiting on container) we only charge a deposit of 50% to reserve the item until it comes in. If the item/s are in stock we will charge in full and ship within 10 to 20 days depending on whether or not upholstery work is needed.

Can I finance my furniture order? Yes, you can finance your purchase. We offer interest free financing through American General Financing Corp.. We also offer a layaway plan. We accept all credit cards, checks, and Paypal.
