RETURNS POLICY
Money back guarantee - if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our furniture you can ship it back to us and we will refund all of your original cost. If you need assistance with the method of shipping we can assist you by getting you the lower rates of shipping that we would pay. The furniture must be safely repacked and the customer pays for the packing, shipping, and insurance costs back to us. Just so you know we seldom experience a customer who is dissatisfied with the quality of our furniture and gift items. All of our furniture is finest in the industry for its furniture category.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is included in the price when you buy 2 or more furniture items or a set of furniture like a dining set or living room set. If the item is a gift item small enough to ship via UPS and we specify free shipping then shipping is included for that item. For a single furniture item (like a bar) we add 20% to the order to cover the shipping costs. We only charge 1/2 of the order for furniture when you place your order. When the order is shipped we charge the remaining balance. For Rosewood factory orders coming from China we reduce the price by 15% and we only charge 1/3 of the total price as a "good faith" deposit. Once the furniture is shipped the customer deals directly with the shipper. We can try to assist you but delivery schedules and other issues are outside of our direct control. Because furniture is very large and expensive to ship, cancelling an order for a refund for delays in shipping outside of our control is not an option.

We use several different carriers for our furniture. Our first priority in shipping your furniture is that the carrier will deliver it safely. The fastest shippers are also the most likely to damage the furniture. We attempt to use the blanket wrap shippers that are slower because your furniture stays on one truck in the same position ensuring the highest safety possible. These carriers sometimes provide a full setupwith cardboard removal, although your shipping costs do not include this full service. Remember that it is always better to wait a bit longer and have a worry free delivery with full service.

Furniture orders are usually shipped within 3 to 6 weeks unless it is a 15% discounted Rosewood item order placed with our factory in China.

What are my costs when ordering?
We provide all of the extras like glass, choice of fabrics, choice of stains at no extra cost. Our prices include shipping for all sets and when you purchase 2 or more furniture items. If you order a single item like 1 loveseat we must add 20% to cover the higher minimum shipping costs.

What happens if our item arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question or delay. Simply document the
damages with the shipper on the bill of lading while the shipper is still at your home. This allows us to file for the insurance claim and then we ship out a new item if completely damaged or have a local repair company come out and provide an estimate for repair.

Do I need to pay in full before the item is ready for shipping?
For an order that is not in stock we only charge a deposit of 50%. If the item/s are in stock
we will charge in full and ship it within 10 days. For a Rosewood factory order you are provided a 15% discount and pay only a 1/3 deposit to start the order.

Can I finance my furniture order? Yes, you can finance your purchase. We offer interest free financing through American General Financing Corp.. We also offer a layaway plan. We accept all credit cards, checks, and Paypal (sales@pacimports.com).
