What are my shipping costs? Our prices include shipping for all sets and when you purchase 2 or more items. If you order a single item like 1 loveseat we must add 20% to cover higher shipping costs.
What happens if our item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question or delay. Simply document the damages with the shipper still at your home.
Do I need to pay in full before the item is ready for shipping? For any orders that are not in stock we only charge a deposit of 50%. If the item/s are in stock we will charge in full and ship within 10 days.
