What are my costs when ordering?
Many items are on sale but we still deduct any coupon specials you have applied to your order. We also provide all of the extras like glass, choice of fabrics, choice of stains at no extra cost.
What are my shipping costs? For furniture purchases within the 48 United States our prices include shipping for all sets and any purchase of 2 or more items. If you order a single furniture item such as a single loveseat we must add 20% to cover our higher shipping costs. Smaller items like Jewelry boxes and karaoke players include shipping (in all 50 U.S. states) even if you only buy one. We also ship these smaller items to many international countries and for a shipping price quote click here.
What happens if our item arrives damaged? If an item is damaged in shipping we replace it without question or delay. Simply document the damages with the shipper still at your home.
Do I need to pay in full before the item is ready for shipping? For any orders that are not in stock (waiting on container) we only charge a deposit of 50% to reserve the item until it comes in. If the item/s are in stock we will charge in full and ship within 10 to 20 days depending on whether or not upholstery work is needed.
